Empyrean XModelFPD

Empyrean XModelFPD is the model extraction tool for flat panel display. It supports model extraction for a-Si, LTPS, IGZO, OLED, Micro-LED, photo-diode. It can generate either industry’s standard model RPI a-Si, RPI Poly-Si or Empyrean’s proprietary compact model for flat panel display SPICE simulation. Together with Empyrean’s SPICE simulation Empyrean ALPSFPD, it allows analysis of hysteresis and stress effect.
