Empyrean became a new member of Samsung SAFE™ EDA Partners

Samsung SAFE™ (Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem) virtual Forum 2021 opened on November 17, 2021. Samsung foundry comprehensively introduced the progress of its ecosystem and announced that Empyrean had become a new member of Samsung SAFE™ EDA partners. 

According to the cooperation of two parties, Empyrean's SPICE circuit simulator—Empyrean ALPS had been evaluated under Samsung Foundry's EDA tool certification program (SAFE-QEDA) and confirmed to meet the requirements for certification in Samsung Foundry 14nm and 8nm technology.

Empyrean ALPS is the next-generation high-performance high-accuracy true SPICE simulator. ALPS delivers 100% SPICE accuracy on circuits with over 100M elements. ALPS proprietary Smart Matrix Solving technology provides efficient matrix solving and helps to deliver significant speedup especially in post-layout simulation comparing with other parallel SPICE simulators.

Empyrean was invited to exhibit on the Partner Pavilion of SAFE™ Virtual Forum to connect with all the audiences. In the future, Empyrean will deeply cooperate with Samsung and provide the cutting-edge design resources and solutions to help improve the efficiency and accelerate design success.
